Dekaron Korea Error

Does anyone know what this error means?

I downloaded dekaron korea than installed and updated it.

->Log In -> Choosing Server - > Choosing Char -> Choosing Channel

Than i get this error and i cant connect.

try reinstall back..i think that message mean..
the client version doesnt not match..
