yep i made a post 3 or so weeks ago about this and she replied on it saying that it wasnt her fault she will fix it up if its not fixed ill get refunded.

i said ill b more then happy with a diffrent char if u dont wanna send $ back and she said that she has many chars for me talk to me on msn.
ive tryed talking to her on msn for 3 weeks. leaving my msn on 24/7 sometimes for replys from her and she does not reply to me she just ignores me.

story is

i bought a mage 13x allso a +9 wand (which i never received)
70+$ and 90+$ us
long story short she deleted the mage with my full +7 mage gear on it allso
she claims the person she got it of deleted it which is still her fault in this situation since she sold it not being 100% safe even tho i asked many times is it safe. I thought she was 1 of the trusted 1s on this site thats y i trusted her in the first place.

This really sucks bad, WaxOn told me that mage was taken from him, i was sure i had the right email since it had the email of acclaim saying it was registered email, and they even changed the password to it. And you never know, they might be able to restore it before the char was deleted. Data is never truly lost, it is either misplace or hidden. But you will have to show them enough proof for them to do something, also it may also lead to the account being ban since you did buy the account. Just need to make it sound like you're a legit player with no reason to be ban in need of help from GameHI.
