I've been working on a user panel for Dekaron, it's simple and the design is very user friendly, so keeping it short here is what features it have:

• Register
• Login
• Online List
• View Character Info
• Return Character
• Change Password
• Change E-Mail

I own the design since i made this website from the ground up - no templates were used in the production of this - Now this user panel is not for free!

Depends on what needs to be done, but im open for ideas.

Add reset password, and send new to email. and you can add forgot password + md5 decrypt o web or link wher user can decrypt password.

See characters info:name, level, class, exp, str, spr, heal, dex, inventory money, rank of dk square, and etc..

I think you missed the part where he says whats included.
from what my eyes can tell, I can see a point which says "View Character Info"

OMG! I coded this myself in less than a day with more features.
I can't believe that someone is trying to sell this now! Worst of all, it's in PhP!!!

I can add stats and exp but not dk square since i dont have it, im running a a9 test server, the files from kingdevtut.
And reset password using email.the password already is md5 hashed before any query is ran, but if we want to talk about security md5 shall not be the topic, anyhow thanks for all the feedback!
