[Buying] Summoner +9 items

[Αndy]

So hello. Here I am trying to get back to Dekaron. I do have a summoner level 16x and I need to gear him up. I don't have much money to spend (~700$ ). I'm interested only in 13x + sets.

I will not go first, that is a must.
I will request a trade.
I pay via paypal.
If you are interested in selling me something, write the name of the item and your skype id.

Thanks.
