It's about Mr.Clown He has a +1 from me, but now he scammed me. Idk what to do,should i give him a -1? He will give me one too then :/ Suggestions?

give him negative and then simply report the negative ratings to complaint area if he gives you back,they will remove it right away,probably even ban him if he does that......
