[Release] Incar Mage Skillhack

I have a problem with Packing...
When it arrives to (C:/Program Files/Elite Dekaron/)data/unpacked/share/skill/status.csv
The PackManager get fatal error, and close.
After this i can't start the Elite dekaron.
I can send picture.

I followed all the instruction Correctly and I run PackManager as Administrator ....when I lunch the Elite dekaron then I click Play!!!! then allll I see is Black Screen and after 5 seconds it will close wat should I do ...sorry for my bad English tnx please REPLY ASAP..

i didnt run it as an administrator, dont know weather thats the problem, but i did everything as instructed and when i try to start the game it starts the screen goes black then it just closes without any messages, help needed ASAP please
