is there a tool for editing item ??? make a normal item upgrade to Magic or Noble or Divine ? and we can choose the random options and choose the value on it ???

You need to use a [DEV] character to make items in this manner.

Search for DEV or console commands. They have been posted a few times.

Where is the lines that store status for each individual player's item status in SQL ?

MSSQL DB => character => user_bag (Inventory)
MSSQL DB => character => user_storage (Storage)
MSSQL DB => character => USER_STORE (Store, Personal Shop)

Stores the wIndex Item ID and a serial number witch is in <Binary> code

I Tot it only store the item index and char Id, didn't see it store status also. Tys...

i have created a [DEV]char but can not open the console .

and hit enter
after doing that press
shift+ctrl

info column, stores all the info for crits/gems and stats for magic/noble/DN and is also in binary, the serial is only a number that the server assigns to each item to identify it, so it knows the difference between ur omen, and the next guys
