language tools help

hi guys i need ask how i can add more language tools for private servers?
plz guys anyone help me with this realy i need it >
i mean you can use only english letters i need more language tools>

You can use any language with any character at all files in data/script/string, the game let you see special characters but, for use it in chat window i guess you need to do some coding in the dekaron.exe to allow you to show special characters there.
