The problem with DKCMS_v0.1

Hi I have a problem with this cms and not only in the cms crashes this error "Fatal error: Call to undefined function mssql_connect () in D: \ xampp \ htdocs \ cms \ config \ mssql.php on line 10"
They presented all the good I have in the config file and in the mssql and do not know what it is I have a problem with the registration script also can not connect to mssql what can I do to make it work I have Microsoft SQL Server 2000 + sp4 installed already a few times but nothing.

open your PHP.INI in your xampp or whate even you use
path for xampp "\xampp\php"

and look for

;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
; Dynamic Extensions ;
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

Find:

;extension=php_mssql.dll

note that there is a ; before the line
remove the ; save file and restart xampp

you should have

extension=php_mssql.dll
