Hey , Do you need a GM in your server ?
im playing dekaron 3 years long
was 9 months GM in dekaron rusaki
if someone need a good experienced GM
then contact me !

Man,go on a server,make reputation and than an apply,don't be a fool,it's really stupid to make threads like this and beg for an GM position,if you were gm in rusaki you should know that.

No one will just add GMs to their server
why ?
in the past, and maybe today, some ppl try to abuse the GM persmissions
so we (and iam speaking for everyone) are very carefull who they give GM rights to
ok so ... you need to tell us why we should get you in the team and not there best friend
start with that and maybe "maybe", you get a chance into a server as gm
Please correct me if iam wrong

nope your right , but i think they should take me because i have high experiences...
the would see it if they give me the rights.

in real life they also check old "employees" to see what they have done
maybe you can make a form ?
its the same for mod in epvp, and many more places

The best way to get fast a GM DEV VGM place is ask your old Admin Head for a Job reference.
Maybe you can get good Point in the Next P-Server or Real Dekaron.
