Doesn't have to be the best, but something nice, and attractive to players.

Uh I can do pretty nice launchers but not for free. Ill give you a quote if you send me exactly what you want. eg. Color scheme; background layout; size/dimensions; or just send me a launcher and ill decompile the resources.
