ensuring that all the rings are gone, as well as a script for getting rid of the duped items
why not just clean out your data base if you have items in your server you dont like.
there are scripts to help you with that This link may also be helpful.
Just use mssql query analyzer and search for the item and it will show all characters who have that it.
Or easier way is to just open all rows in user_bag table and search for item_no with the item number of ring and it will show you all rings in the inventory of the character.
The same way check for what people have equipped in the other table and it will show all characters wearing that certain ring.
