did dill dont have some index like items ?

no the game currency doesn't work like other items. Like janvier said the best way would be php script where they can exchange dshop coins for dils.

It won't work. As you noticed the boxes from 2moons doesn't work on pservers either.

Yes !
Dil cannot be sold for dil in d-shop, it does not make any sense
however Coins cannot be sold in d-shop either
BUT you can "sell" them with a custom php script
Coins cannot be "given" ingame, while player is online,
players have to be logged out in order to receive their coins

But if you want to sell dill ingame, i suggest that you load your GM account with 999.999.999 dil and sell them
Coins cannot be given ingame by a GM, it needs to be database/php based script to do that

you can make a automated script to sell dil for real money
you can make a automated script to sell coins for real money
you can make a automated script to exchange dil for coins
