ODD Error

well, it is time to ask help from Epvp comunity
I have strange problem with the server, it comes sometimes but last 2 days it came at 10:00 pm and all players get frequent dcs. Maybe any1 knows what this mean? BTW after server restart everything is ok again.

This happend to me , if i was using gm char then not moving or something like that. Also for example if someone using speed hack server gives error to some SPEED **** So by my opinion that player is fcking ur server , so i think that server just snaps after to many...

It can't be cause it showing all player names online if they do any action, so it can't be hacking or something. Can't be that all players start hacking at 10:00 PM So it must be something more.

I am showing you real screenshot only charnames hiding. And maybe I have discribed it as error I was wrong. It is like information giving me dbmon and as I said players are getting frequent dcs when it starts happening. Every char action is written as <UNDER SPEED> .............
