Anyone knows why I can't get sleep to work?

Even though I think im doing everything right,

the .csv file;
0,ACTION,255,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,BLO ODWHIP

the status.csv;
4481,Sleep,39,3,SKILL_USESKILL,1,SPEED_MOVE_MUL,-100,SPEED_ATTACK_MUL,-30,1

It looks like an space at 4481 right? But its actually not idk why it seems like there is an space..But anyways there is no space in my csv file so its not that.

Of course I'm not trying to get the sleep of Dekaron KR working with the "sleep" effect, You can just add an other effect to sleep like other servers did, but I tried and it doesn't work somehow.

Well, this might not help, but theres also a space in:
BLO ODWHIP
SHO RTSWORD

Yeah there is no space at all in my .csv file, Seems like no1 has an idea why It doesnt work o_o.

7000003 cant be used as far i remember i think ur server is giving u error like this...Also try checking effect like paralyze then just change effect on it its same csv file just later change icon number and effect number :P rest i think u should know... srry didnt work on this for long time

7000003 effect code ,
i had the same error on dbmon .
7000003 IS NULL
that means ur server files or share folder cant or dont have that effect code .

btw i can help u get sleep emoti work .
but not the dk korean one with the sleep effect xD

Will u STFU because u dont know ****? pls only if u have something smart to say and in PUBLIC!
For making that work u need to edit EXE okey? To add SLEEP on it, other then that u can only make target slow.

Also adding effect over head is easy edit /script/effect/modeleffect.csv and connect that number with share/skill/status.csv also u need to add textures and dont forget to add same number from modeleffect.csv in property/effect/ figure out which file beacuse there is 4, search by sleep or something like that in them then just copy code from it.
Also i am not sure why ur skill is not working but if u want send me pm and attach file and i will take a look. C
