Is it possible to make private server on windows 7??? because vm workstation does not work for me please help me out here x_x there must be a way if anyone knows please share it i will give a thanks plz do not flame thnks just a simple question.

problem i ran into with the windows xp mode for windows 7 was i could create the server n such but couldnt open the client on it. nor could i make the server global. not even to my own local lan. could access the internet but something with the way the network was put together
