[Exchange] Failed

Hello everyone, I have a question about exchanging items
I try change item exchange, but when click exchange, they say you have failed to exchange item
But if I return them to the original, there is no error
I just changed the item results but they reported an error
Initially they would give +0 weapons, I just changed them to +9 weapons, and they were buggy and couldn't be changed.
I try create a new column and index in exchange.csv but still error...
