I have a little question here

Is it possible to let a NPC sell items like MAGIC/NOBLE/DIVINE NOBLE items,?

idk but that would be cool, make a npc sell/trade like 10% gems

Not sure its possible, never seen it done before.

Unless you edit the stats of the normal armour/weps etc and sell that in the NPC's.

maybe if u copy the item to different id's and make them magic/noble by default (like the legendary items)

that would not help, cause every magic noble divine item has their different stats everytime you pick up. So making them like legendary you only can change items' option stats, but they will be everytime the same when you will be buying it from NPC, like legendary, they are all with the same stats when you pick it up.
