If you don't know anything about Dekaron ... How the hell are you going to operate the server and modify files ?
Basic question is - Why do you even want to open DK server ?

How to make an dekaron server online ?
1. where register web free? or ask some one on forum to make one for you.
2. How restore database to server online? ask experienced user for help
3. what condition server is running? SQL ? XAMPP? or other? like other.

1) search on forum or look at google

2) if you dont know how restore DB why you ask about restore

3) condition MSSQL only because all information stored in MSSQL DB


Next one who ask not read and not use search option. Just waiting for ready files to run.

Btw i would like to see this server life for how long 1 week 2 weeks or maybe 1 month
