Dekaron a9 12 classes windows 10 help

Guys i found a fix if you turn on dep and add dekaron.exe and try to start with the dekaron launcher it will work settings have to be like this ... do anybody know how launcher make a call of exe to make it run so can find a way to make it work without launcher

start bin\\dekaron.exe ThR0 m_cher sel0 .... this is how have to call the dekaro.exe file to start it without the launcher
