Max name for guild?

Does any one know how to make Maximum letters for a guildname? I know its not in the files but database related. Can any one tell me where wich table i need to go so i can edit the max letter to prevent this : <font=20>Woot or <color=FF00FF00>Awsome in guildnames.

then Character
с_restword (table)
add font= and color=
