It seems the .NET framework that your DVD is trying to install is corrupted. Although I haven't downloaded/installed SQL Server 2005, what you could do is skip the installation of the .NET Framwework from the CD. This way your original .NET 2.0 will remain as it is and the SQL Server installation will not overwrite or replace it.
