He wants to create character with any keys he wants ex: ~Kakkarot~

I have reason to believe server side its impossible to do this. Any server owner with the right mind would have these types of chars filtered out in the procedure to create chars. So only way is to get rights to db.

So the easiest way is, Create your Own server and youse any Name you want to ;p
