from character database, just edit characters like [DEV]Knight,[DEV]Hunter and all other dev chars.

I think you want the default values of exp from mobs... so get the monster.csv from 2moons and put it in your share/creature folder and delete some columns what don't works, and you get the original exp... don't forget to get the exp.csv from share/pc folder too.
