Dekaron Private Server starting [HELP]

I'm an oldschool Dekaron player and GM I'm boring some times and i want to make a dekaron server for myself but not with the old ones like in youtube channels in SQLSERVER 2000 and others i have an 2012 MS Server with SQL 2012 im web developer and need some tutorial or any help to start!

I dont really understand what you need help with.
did you actually begin? or are you waiting for soemone to do it for you? begin setting it up and when you encounter an issue come back to the forum. noone will do it for you unless you pay.

Well a web developer that cant settle up the basic things my high guess is that you consider html a lang and you "code" at html ....
