how to make siege map(genoa castle) pk enabled?

Castle siege doesn't work in my server so I'll make siege disable but I want it to become a pk enabled map. I tried to change the value of Peacezone to 0 from maplist,csv, put in client and serverside. But when I try to pk someone it doesn't damage the player. Even in pvp it will says, you cannot pvp in siege map? I made the issiege to 0 but it does not work. Why?

Try allowing pvp as well. and there is another option in maptlist saying Siege something change that to 0.

Btw, I only edit maplist.csv. maybe there are other files that needs to be edited as well. Help!

maplist.csv controls pvp,pk,portal,mounts and everything else. so no there isn't another file.

Well let me tell you ,, you must edit on the serverside after that you need to restart you dekaronserver.exe
