Quite diff, for A9 you just need to follow his way on sever-side configuring
but you need to make sure SQL tcp/ip is enabled, etc but its 99% the same.
Check this SQL Tutorial 2008 or above and see how he handle the users, the query and the tcp/ip enabling :
