[Help] Guild Problems

Hey Guys, I've create my own Pserver for work on new client.

I've Stuck on one problem left and I don't know how to fix that I have never got that weird problem, when I try to create guild the Game just Not responding to me, when I try to go to Shop, or try to open my Shop by '/' or everything just like the problem I've fixed here : But this time I dont see "Failed to process the request" the NPC's just dont responding me, when I try click them I get nothing.

I already fixed the problem, but now I got that problem only when I try to create guild. and I have MASTERCODE MASTERGUILD in DB i got everything that I need..

anyway I don't will bother you, can anyone tell me how to fix this problem ?

So I've Solved it and idk how I just changed few things and try them one after one.

Later I will run the pserver and will add pic's for dk square working.

are you sure you have all the mastercode/master guild in both tables GUILD_INFO and GUILD_PEERAGE? as far as I remember this issue is caused if you delete mastercode from either of those.
