Niete[red] user how to drop the item?

I would like to apply a penalty to niete user. like extreme server.
Do i have to modify the "chaotic.csv"?
i did edit the item drop rate. but, failed.
If you know about it, please answer.

And i dont know how.
The best is download a clean Map Texture.

Change "CHAO_DROPITEM,0" in your Regist.csv to "CHAO_DROPITEM,1", that should do the trick. Regist.csv is located in your DekaronServer folder.
