For add correct effect you need add all inside effectscene1 and effectdata1 then you need add effect index inside moddeleffect. after all, your client must load action files for this wings.

Because you mising some skel and animation file for this wings, even kr client dont have this specific skel and anim files. That why your effect are on incorrect place. I mean this what you have behind wings. And if you will zoom out and look at your chare from top you will see another one this effect.

I think it's the csv of the action folder that I did wrong

Its not action file. You have one effect at incorrect place because this one effect need two files one is skel and second is animation. That's why you effect are incorrect.

Working with dekaron files its not only copy paste what you need, you must look at some files much more and look what they loading.
