[HELP]DB or Reg. Page?

Ok so my personal pserver is experiencing difficulties.. I was trying out a reg page i found on here a couple days ago and now theres a problem... I've set up my web page and it says successfully registered, however when i go to log in it says incorrect ID. I have checked the db and it's using the same user_no more than once i think this is the problem.
So would this be a php script error? Or db error?

well, i wasnt even aware the DB would allow for duplicate entries for the user_no, but apparently its the php script passing the same user no each time.

find another reg page on here, try it, if it does the same thing, then its ur php, not the script

Hmm, well i think i know whats going on but don't have a clue how to solve.. The user_profile is only going up to 100 -.- and then the register keeps using 01,02,03 etc etc all over again... Any ideas?

EDIT:it's the user_profile thats only going up to 100 but when i register the user_no keeps going up like 101, 102, 103 etc etc..

i never heard about this ...
and its impossible to have the same user_no

With a little help from my *** new mates i found on #ezpublish @ freenode.net the problem was solved

The problem was in the php.ini file you most go to:
and roll down to you se.

date.timezone = CET

and add [Date] date.timezone = CET and save and restart the webserver
