ERROR when starting server

I keep getting this server error, anyone had this before and how did u solve it?

I searched forum but there is no answer. It is related to ODBC but i have setted everything right,used the tutorial of sergcool.




EDIT: does it have something to do with this image? Because i cant seem to get a way to make that work :

make you'r own share..
Don't steal file's from an other server..
And all will work

Hm,i tried alot of things.

For some reason i got it fixed when i used the difference server files instead of DKunderground serverfiles .

So DKunderground server files have an issue wich i cant seem to find.
