40gb hdd, 512mb of ram and single core 1ghz cpu is the bare minimum I guess

Yes its too small

All clean DB need arround 20GB
Server Exe + Share folder need arround 2GB
Wher is OS and SQL

40GB for A2 or A3 not for A9 with Arena

with 40hd yes can run the a3 server

Yes lol, run a vmware and create machine with 512mb of ram and 30gb of hd and test, you can run A3 server with that
