Everytime I edit Cool tick.

Hey, I am trying to do the no cooldown skill hack for ZanDekaron.

However, and this happens with all servers I try this on, when I change the cool tick, it is client sided.

But I see people actually doing this hack, and tutorials say lower cool tick, but it doesnt work. Its client sided for me,

Any fixes?

client side=You dont to edit the sever for making it work
sever side=You need to edit the sever and the client to make it work
so thats not the error
