in pl dynamic ip give only orange tp, mobile internet like t-mobile, play and other, all other isp in my town give a static and external IP.

All ppl in my ISP have External and Static IP. No one don't have dynamic IP

P.S i know some other ISP (private ISP) give only static IP.

ok, good, we have estabilished the fact that certain ISPs DO give dynamic IPs.

now how about you acknowledge the fact that poland is NOT the only country in the world with ISPs which give dynamic IPs?

i think the only commercial isp give dynamic IP. and some small private isp. but 70% ppl on all world have static ip.

And some of Private ISPs give one IP for 10~15 user (sometime's more).

And thats why i don't want change my ISPs

you are still missing the point of our conversation.
The OP clearly stated that he has a dynamic IP and you kept trying to tell him he does not.
Even if your statement that 70% of the world has static IP is true, there's still 30% left with dynamic IPs and that's where the OP is.

but if edit exe on server side. and disable ip-check then server lost some protection.

And i think about something like

if this not help, maybe bether will be hamachi only for him.

Why he should waste time on searching such programs when he can simply disable that IP check from the dekaronserver.exe with ollydbg ?

why do you care about his server? he asked how to disable it so I answered the question. His server is his problem, if he gets hacked its not my fault.
