Hello guys (and girls of course, too), Iīm probably passive member of this forum, but it helped me with DKpserver so much, that finally comes time to pay it back. I will try to not bore you, by lengthy monologs, at the beggining of this thread, but I canīt guarantee it..
(Iīm not sure if there is, on the "scene", any other similar program as this, but this one was done by me and just me, so I donīt have to mention here other people.)
Ok, this was a prolog and now back to the core of the thread:
I have done a program (in C#) called PatchHunter. Itīs a tool for quick and simple downloading patches from eg. 2Moons (*their server is default in program settings) or other Dekaron server which uses divided .DIV patches (like 00000.div, 00001.div...). You just tell the program server adress, patch
version you want to download and number of files in the patch and of course the local directory for download and program will download all the files. Then you can use my second utility - DIV_merger to merge all the patch files into one big. And now you have for example 2Moons patch which adds Aloken to the client : ).
You can use unmerged files as your own patch, or if you merge them and then extract (eg. by "Translated Patch Tool.exe"), you can edit them to suit to your server.

If you donīt know where you can get info about number of files in the patch:
Simply open history.config file from server with patches which are you downloading. (As an example I have included todays 2moons history.config file in the package)
Program will also makes a subfolder called by the version of patch to your choosed directory, so if you download more patches into your choosed directory, you will find them there sorted to folders.
DIV_merger note: You have to put it into patch folder
(like this "4.0.2/DIV_merger.exe")

BTW: I have scanned for viruses by Virus Total (only for fun) and nothing was found (0/40 (0.00%)). But if you still donīt trust me you can do the scan too.
