A bit Help

sup i want to ask for a bit help, ive started to build my lil private server back. i did everything what i did befor and im getting this erorr:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server: [DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen <Connect<>>...
SQL Server exestiert nicht oder Zugriff verweigert

i never had this erorr before so i dont know what it is. btw im getting this erorr when i start cast.

try to reinstal your data base...
