{Help}Dekaron server A9 + new classes

Been couple years since i been on dekaron scene can anything explain the issue. I wounder if was the EXE, or its the next mapcell file in list causing the issue. These were downloaded from the files janiver posted.
Please and thank you any guidance greatly appreciated.
