Question about GM IP protection

hey guys im(i was) a GM in a server my problem is that the server got a GM IP protection (i can only login with the GM char from the some IP) but my IP change every 12h can i or the owner do something to add me in whitelist ?
i mean like write a script for the protection to add a whitelist and ignore all in the whitelist from the protection ????????????

idk how to get the static IP i already tryed but nothing work
