when i use my dev char to dropping book for new skill 170 & 180 it not drop anything. what the problem?im sure my item.etc and itemshape was fine !

nun habe ich leider ein kleines problem, die skills hinken bei mir einfach hienterher, für den level 30 skill "Speacial hit" brauche ich level 8 "Blindside", allerdings weiss ich jetzt schon das es mit "actionslots" net so schnell geht
daher also die frage, gibts da ihrgendwie tricks oder so oder ist es normal das ich das dan erst mit level 32 oder so habe xD?
