2moons data packer?

ello, using the translated pack manager or w/e and I point it to data/after this is all my csv files and it starts packing them up and eventually completes, then I go to launch my game and it starts to load then crashes. shadow PACKIO is set to one, and also I kept back up of original files that I pack, if I drag them back into that directory it works fine with shadow file still set to read from data.pak and that's not even supposed to work, So does anyone know where to find a good packer? I've tried 2MPackMgr but I get pack header not found error, so help is appreciated.

The translated one bugs and you can't pack packfiles from scratch with the PackMgr. You can only pack new files to an existing packfile.
