(HELP)[PC ID]

Can someone teach me how to find a specific [PC ID] of a user? I really can't understand the " /GM call [PC ID] " for I don't know the [PC ID] and such.. I've tried different methods/search but none was found X_X ... A big thanks to someone who could help me with this newbie problem lmao!

The /gm call command works by using the name of the character you want to call...
Say you want to call someone which their character name is "ditto"
/gm call ditto
If its "Ditto"
/gm call Ditto

What other form of ID in the game can a simple GM see in that respect lol.
Look at things logically, and the answer should be right in front of you.
