they're provided, you can find them in most of the tuts

Edit:after installing vmware 6.5 and tried running the server,it gives me this error.Should I upgrade to the latest version of vmware or Im just doing something wrong?

well anyways this is what it says about account creation and it does work i tried it and the account appears in database.

Not mine all of it was already there explained like so:

this release contains the action6 files, anti-gm security and a ready registration script.
if you want to register an account, just writehttp://127.0.0.1/register.php in the webbrowser of this machine!
if you want to register an account from external source, just replace the 127.0.0.1 with the ip-adress of the vm.
