hey guys can u please upload link 10 on cause there is only 9 parts and says need 10.. i download part 10 from rapidshare and doesnt work with the other 9 parts i already downloaded so i need a part 10 thats not corrupt to enjoy this release thanks.

Hi.
I have try too make this work, I get server on and running, but I can get a good client too work.
Have anybody a link too a client that works with this server ?
In VMware I have a ip like this: 127.0.0.1
but if I run cmd, and type ipconfig, I get: 192.168.10.128.
I guess I should use 192.168.10.128 in the client right ?<--- im same with u..

127.0.0.1 is your localhost ip, meaning you connect to your computer

okej, so I write 127.0.0.1 in the client? and you think Dekaron Difference A6 client works on this server ? or is that wrong version ?

yes difference will work perfectly, you write 127.0.0.1 if only you will play (and you must have the gameclient inside of vmware) so to make it all easier i sugest you download hamachi and do it with that

First server I try too build, and will not stop before it work, ty for your help, I will write again if I have problems that I cant fix on my own.

you dont need to have the client inside the vm to play on localhost....
Just set your vm network setting to NAT. Then in vm run cmd and type ipconfig and place that ip in your channellist and loginlist.

german1337. I have try that, and I can login. but only 1 time, if I login and logout and login again I got 600, 300 error.

but when I can login, I cant create a char. :S
I use this server, with Dekaron Difference A6 client.

Do anybody know why I got this error ? and what I need too do too get it work. ?

that happened with the first release of the vm i posted.
i'm afraid you'll have to re-download all archieves and use the "newer" version.
the download links have been updated on the 10.09.09.
if you downloaded the vm before the 10.09.09 you will have to re-download the vm.

Okay I have done alot of searching and I can run my server and play it on same computer as the Vm on the host computer not the vm but it will get a Cannot connect to server error when i try to get on it from a Different computer on my network and off. I have port forwarded both 7880 and 50005 and i have all the right Ip addresses on the chanellist and loginlist. When i port forwarded i did it on the comp with the vm on it and i forwarded the ports for the host computer i also went into the Vm and port forwarded from there to the host computer. Any1 have any idea of what im doing wrong or not doing. I have created private servers for First person shooters and this worked but it is not for this mmo.

Any1 know of a fix for the maverics?

also any1 every try to use 2moons share folder unpacked for there server ?


O ya is there a way to transfer files in and out of a virtual machine?

Greetings,

I am having a small issue when trying to start the server.

1 - I have changed all the IP's to the local ip of my VM (not localhost but the network ip you know 192.168.217.128)
2 - I did change my mssql sa password because well the other one would be WAY too easy for someone to hack. However I changed the pass in all the configs to the new one.
3 - I start all the shortcuts on the desktop but nothing happens. They open up alright but they just have a cursor and no text.

Anyone know what I did worng. Any help would be appreciated

the text is only being shown in the debug viewer.

else just re-check your password. you probably did something wrong.


btw.. change the password to your new one on the ODBC datasource and the php files in order to be able to create accounts for the server.
