Make dekaronserver load bigger values
As the title says, I want dekaronserver.exe to load bigger values.
My dekaronserver crashes when I try to go
Level 0 Magic Min Attack 10k
Level 0 Magic Max Attack 10k
Level 0 Defance Min 10k
Level 0 Defance Max 10k
Level 0 Blocking Rate 10k
Level 0 Critical Bonus 10k
^ This on a gm weapon
And then status.csv from the skillfolder has some icons which has too high values or something is wrong there...

Well, nevermind that weapon thing.
In status.csv I get overflow error
It's cause the icon index is too high it says.

Max icon index is 255 . So use one thats lower then it , and ur 10k stats isnt a prob on def or dmg since max def and dmg is 65535 or something but on crit/guard. Those cant be this big. I think those are % so max is probly 100 but its no need as a gm. Just make 1-2 rings that maxes all ur stats. And things u like

conquer93, I just noticed that almost ALL my skill icon indexes are higher than 255.
So I thought, WTF.
It did work before, I swear to ***!
Perhaps it has to do with the bin/dekaron.exe??
I strongly think it has to do with it.

I can guarantee that it never worked and you definitely buy some nice drugs.
Btw I'm curious whose files you are trying to make work because all of the public releases don't have all the problems you keep posting about.

Genome, I made it work with bigger values.
Don't guarantee me something like that

No, It's kind of clear what conq was saying to people who edit csvs regularly.
You can only have 255 icon indexes, not you can only number your icon indexes up to 255. Although there isn't really much of a point in numbering them higher than 255 you can do so. HOWEVER, you can ONLY HAVE 255 MAXIMUM number of icon indexes.
As for the weapon, A3 server reads the built-in stats on weapons differently than the A7+ servers do. This means you can't have an absurd number in the crit/block chance area. Considering they logically should max at 100% there isn't a need to put anything higher. If you really wanted something higher (for no reason) start at 100 and then raise it till it errors again. 10k in defense/atk/mag is fine, but 10k in block and crit aren't.
Also I'll say it again, there is no way you made it work with bigger values in the past. To do so you would have to rewrite a lot of area in both the client and server to handle larger variable types. From what I remember the only person to raise the 255 icon limit was Zirak and he did that through packet tracking and a separate exe if I recall (use the search feature, there's a few posts about it around here).

I had to modify the packet structure sent and received (parsed) on both the Dekaronserver and the client's dekaron.exe.
