if you make a low exp server, you may NOT add a +12 system, a high upgrade system or free coins. there should be everything like on the original server (maybe you can make the upgrade rate 5% higher)

As someone else said already, I like the coins-by-vote system too. It's much better to vote for the server to gain coins than just to get them in mail randomly.

Go ahead, ill be glad of playing in a low server, it is more fun for me cause u will play almost 100% of the game.
All the games should be played on their original exp, but a little more exp like x10 will be nice. U can enjoy everything, low lvl pvp, mid lvl pvp, high lvl pvp, same with dfs, u will wear every set and have fun doing some quests...

There is no point on playing a server and max out a char in 1-2 days...(this is for the ppl who wants a x2450934872569 server -.- )
Btw i think +15 system its... hmm how to say it.. too much xD it would be better if u add a little more % into a +12 system, like 5%-8% for argating, socketing and "mavericking"-->(?)

There are a LOT of high exp servers but not too much low exp ones, so this one will be a great one.

After u make ur server we will help u voting on some servers pages, also u should post ur server on another gaming forums.
As i said, its just a matter of time till ur sv grows up

Its ok for now, u can add more stuff later.
First u need ppl to join and after that u can see what they want on the server and then u can add it to make them happy.
