Set Npc's on a Map

Sup guys i need a little help from you soo..
I want set some npc's on a map but i need somthing more and i dont remb. how i get it..

But it dont work .. if i put it in and start the server new .. they dont show up.. i cant understand why..

i change all to 1 for example : Location_X,95.(1)
Location_Y,453.(1)

if i let just the normal location like X,95 and Y,453 it dosent work too but if i copy the location from ardeca and paste it in to this .csv it works but sill not the correct position....so where is the problem? any1 can help me maybe ?

i meant you dont need the numbers after the .

can be

Location_Y,62

you dont need the other numbers, find the location in game (example 85:80 - 85 is X and 80 is Y)
