[Help]CannotConnect!

I followed all things from the video..
But if i start dekaron.exe (Difference Client) it comes an error if im logging in.. (Cannot Connect to the Server)
and i cannot connect to the server^^

- I installed and can connect to the SQL Server with name and pw..

help me with posts or if any1 have time , you connect to my PC with teamviewer
