Edit NPC with Gm commands? HellSpider?

I have a question. I dont know if its possible or not. Can you edit an NPC to start the GM command partywarstart 1 so when players go to that map they can start the war? or somthing like that?

what files do i need? is it an .exe edit or can i edit the server files. if you can just point me in the right direction i can get the rest figured out

He was asking about NPC where players can start the party war command in arena, not where are located arena files. I think its not possible to make NPC like this, you will need to edit executables and probably scriptprocess.dll

Anybody who can read english should be able to understand that he wants an npc to start the partywar feature which (don't cry if I get it wrong since I haven't played in forever) iirc is the dead front command.

But in general he was asking if an npc can use gm codes which would also mean things like "/gm heal [Player]" and such.

The simple answer as said already is no. You need to edit the exe's and such for client/server to get those kinds of things to work.

Nowhere in the OP's post did he ask about how to get arena fully working, try reading the entire post before jumping to conclusions.

did you ever think that players can "spam" the npc? no?

What I think he is saying lol is... Can you add an NPC that a player can go to, to start Party war... .ie a script that sends "partywar start" in other words a script that sends the GM command.. just my stab at understanding this lol have fun

it is possible and I have an idea on how to implement it, but it's kinda pointless, as it would make players use it to crash the server and dupe items :P (if contant spamming of that command would actually crash the server that is)

i didnt want this for a public server just a few of my friends i know it would be easier to give them all gms but some of them i dont trust with gm as they would crash the server anyway and i did not think about it crashing the server (if it would crash it). one question tho, how would it allow duping items?

Timing a server crash can allow duping of items.

I won't be the one to say what they do before/during the crash to dupe though.

If u dont trust them with an GM with all commands. U can remove the commands from the exe and only give them the command to start party pvp. Or what ever command u want them to have my public exes wont have 1 command left in it

As conquer said, you can "broke" the gm commands in the client.exe, so they can't be used anymore
