How can i modify the images before and during loading?

the during i forgot the name but its in same folder

don't forget that these images are in dds format... If you have photoshop cs2 you can easily install a plugin for dds formats... here's the link

i have adobe cs4 and cs3 any dds script plz ?

The best choice for you would be the NVIDIA plug-in for photoshop.
